I am the Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SEND-Co) and I am responsible for all additional needs across the school whether that is learning needs or emotional support. I lead a dedicated team of Inclusion staff who support all children with additional needs; these include Learning Mentors, Family Liaison Officer, Speech and Language Teaching Assistant, two Welfare Officers, Inclusion Assistants and a team of 1:1 Learning Support Assistants.
